Both companys, AS Drives & Services GmbH as well as the AS Maschinenbau & Hydraulik GmbH want to emphasize with this code of ethics, how we act and behave towards our employees, customers, suppliers, other business partners and the general public.
On the other side, we await the same behavior from our business partners and everybody who acts in our name.
In the following we compose a corresponding code of ethics, which describes our values and principles.
The following points describe corporate social responsibility and the voluntary additional contribution of AS Drives & Services GmbH, which goes beyond the legal requirements. In particular, the relationship with the employees should be clarified and in focus here.
Some topics are regularly reviewed for their implementation and sustainability through employee surveys. In this context, employees are asked anonymously about their ideas and suggestions on selected topics. The surveys are evaluated and, if necessary, measures for improvement are derived.
